Changing user's email address

Ok, this is pretty simple..I must be over looking it

I want to change the user's contact email on the account. The only place I see that you can do anything with the email address is to resend the welcome email, but I want to permantely change the email address. Is it there and I'm just over looking it?

All I can see is if you login as a user and look at the ticket system you have the option to edit the e-mail address there, although I don't know if that changes the actual contact e-mail address when the account was created.

AHA, found it,

login as user then go to the statistics / logs page, there you can change the e-mail addy.
