API Requests on Email

Right now I believe we can only get and set the number of email addresses an account may have. What I am proposing is the ability to retrieve a list of current email addresses for a certain user be implemented, along with the ability to remove and edit existing addresses. This obviously would enable me to write a PHP public email management thingy, as requested, using my class.

Ok, I'll look into that, along with an email password changer that doesn't require a DA login/password (API only).
