Debian Woody and Bind

We are having a hell of a time getting bind installed for our DA install. Anyone run into Bind install issues and/or know how to get it installed? We have tried:

apt-get install bind9 bind9-doc dnsutils
and
apt-get install bind9

It seems the files are not able to download? Or do not exist.

packages.debian.org is temporarily down right now. Reconfiguring apt-get to use a mirror should fix the problem or you can also download the packages, upload to the server, and install with dpkg.
