how to remove domain

I have users with multiple domains. Simple (and dumb) question - how do I remove a domain? Deleting the DNS entry is not the way to go, and causes validation problems...

Hello,

User Panel -> Advanced -> Host Additional Domains -> select the domain and click delete.

Note you must be logged in as that user to do it.
List / Modify Accounts -> username -> Login as username (then follow the above steps)

will this action also remove all settings and files from deleted domain ?

yes it's removed all my directories from domains

It will not removed any databases you have have had for that domain. There is nothing to tied a database to a domain.
