We backed up the admin reseller's user accounts using the admin's reseller backup facility.
Then we restored the users on a different server under a reseller name (not admin).
Everything restored properly except the contents of the public_html and private_html directories.
We had to move each backup into the user's own directory structure, then restore again using the user restore facility to get the html directories restored.
From there they restored perfectly.
Has anyone had a similar experience?
