View Full Version : User cannot see Admin Login Screen

Hi,

Wondering if anyone can help.

I am a reseller and a recent customer is complaining that when he follows the link in the welcome email to access his control panel the page times out and does not appear.

I have tested the link and it appears to be working fine at my end.

What could cause him not to be able to access the page at his end?? Any ideas??

I think I know that problem,

It's a firewall of some kind who blocks that
connection. So or your custumer has a firewall
that blocks port 2222 or your firewall
on your server blocks everythink except you
own IP.

1) Network problems, somewhere between the DC and him - should work after a while if thats the case.

2) Firewall blocking his outgoing access to port 2222

3) His IP possible blocked from the subnet of the server? unusual but i have seen this problem previously.

Can he see the login screen and fails to login or can he not access the form at all?
