Uplaoding web site prior to nameserver changes

Is it possible to upload a new web site prior to the nameservers being changed, and view it.

If so how can I achieve it.

Hi,

you can view the website at.

www.yourhost.com/~yourusername

You can also upload your webiste using the FTP address as your hosts url and your username and password.

What if you manage several domains under one account? If I am logged in as 'reseller9' I know I can see mysite.com at:

http://myserver.com/~reseller9

But what if I want to seee myothersite.com?
