2 Domainnames on 1 account

How I can park 2 domain names on 1 acount.

I already have www.domain.com working properly on account. Now client wants to park second domain - www.domain2.com on same account.

Both domains should go to 1 site in 1 account.

Now I tried to use CNAME record but not sure this is correct.

Please help. Sorry for my bad English.

If I understand correctly what you are trying to do then you could use a Domain Pointer.

As an example I have www.oppco.org but want www.opportunitycouncil.org to point to the same site.

On DA you simply log in as an end user to the main site and click on Domain Pointers under advanced Features.

In my case I simply typed opportunitycouncil.org in the box for source domain, made sure that "create as an alias" was checked and clicked "add".

DA should take care of everything else.

how long does it take for the doman to work? is it instant?

Anyone using your DirectAdmin box for DNS will experience immediate results. It could take as long as 24 hours for everone else.
