the wellcome email is not sending

hello. when i create a new user the wellcome email is not sending to the new user's email. its sending the wellcome email to the admin email but not to the user... anyone got an ideea please? thank you! :)

ok after investigating and testing i see that the system actually is sending the emails but many consider them spams.... even yahoo with spam filter on sends the wellcome email to SPAM.. any ideeas?

hi, try to add a A record for your server name..

Example : server.domain.com.

if using your own dns for your master domain, goto DNS administration at Admin section. Choose your master domain. Add type "A" record for your hostname (default : server). And point that name to your mail server's IP.

if not using your own dns, add type "A" record at your DNS provider.
