I have created a reseller but i diddnt give his site a dedicated IP.

Is there a way of doing it now?

Hello,

The Reseller can go into his own "List/Modify Accounts" , then "Modify your own User data", then select the IP from the list. Remember that he has to be assigned the IP from the Admin IP Manager screen.

Ive logged in as the reseller. But that option isnt there.

Ahh sorted it.... had to change theme.

Also is there a way of removing one nameserver. My Reseller seems to have added two ns1's to seperate IP's

when i try to remove them from the admin panel nameserver edit thingy. it dosnt remove anything.

There is about 5 A records entitled ns1 and there is a strange one.

ns2.hosted247.co.uk. A pop 14400 IN A 65.77.219.97

Hello,

That is a bug. Should be fixed in day or two :)
The user dns editor still works, so you can use that as a workaround.

I couldnt remove any of the records from the admin panel, or some of them from the user panel. So i had to re-create the account. It took a few hrs to do but anyway.

Please get the bug sorted asap.

Hello,

The update has been available since friday night, it just hasn't been forced out yet. You can update by click update in the Admin Licensing / Updates screen.
