default mysql 4.1 £¬i need to set up mysql4.0 , how to ?

May I ask why?
Do you have to downgrade any data?

yes, i only need mysql4.0

mysql4.1 have much trouble in chinese!

If you don't have any data that needs to be downgraded you should just be able to do the fresh install using 4.0 instead of 4.1

The method varies between Operating Systems.
