Cannot publish using FrontPage 2002

I am new to this site and I'm trying to get my web pages published using FrontPage 2002 for the first time. I get the log in dialog, but when I submit my CORRECT user id and password, the log in dialog reappears with the password missing. The only option I have is to cancel.

I can log in fine using the same id and password at the control panel.

For reference I am using WinXP Pro connected to the Internet using Earthlink Satellite via DirecWay.

Any ideas?

are you using www.domain.com vs domain.com? ... the www is required.. If you've enabled the extensions.. the only thing left to do would be to check the /var/log/httpd/fpexec_log file for possible errors.

I am using www. and the extensions are loaded. I can't find the file you mentioned. Where is it located?

Hello,

/var/log/httpd/fpexec_log is located on the server. You might need root access to view it (contact your host).
