You haven't really given us enough information.

Do you own your own copy of DirectAdmin?

Or are you a reseller of hosting provided by DirectAdmin?

Or are you an owner of a website hosted on a server managed by DirectAdmin?

If the latter, then all help will have to come from your hosting company, as we're not able to help you with questions related to your hosting company; we don't have access to their system.
