So I just bought a reseller account which runs on DA. My Main reseller user, I created 3 domains under that name. I noticed that if you emailed to any of those 3 domains, there was only 1 mail box for the user "shank". Why is that? ANd how can I override that?

Am I supposed to for example

Create user TEST with domain test.com
Create pop3 user shank

which then allows the shank@test.com since I cannot make shank@test.com under my reseller login because all domains created under there with the user shank share the same mailbox?

How did you create the mail users?

If you've got three separate domains under admin's user panel:

example.com
example.net
example.org

and under each one you've created a mailbox account:

example.com:
shank@example.com

example.net:
shank@example.net

example.org:
shank@example.org

then you should have three separate email box accounts.

hi,

if you're DA username is "shank"
then DA wil auto create an email for each of your domains with you're username.

To clarify Oberon's reply; DA will create aliases for shank@ each domain to the shank mailbox created when user shank was created.

Oberon Berlage I thought so too, but I tested it just now by sending an email to a few of my user@domain addresses, and according to my email client (thunderbird) they were all received by the same account. Oh well, guess I can delete quite a few accounts from my mail client now. It'd be nice if the fact that they were aliases was stated somewhere either in the DA control panel or on the site-heler.com or both (both is probably best).
