Firewall settings

Hello all! I have ask my provider to set up Firewall for me and open ports that are in http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=71

But ! I can not build custom apache.... I think I have problem with FTP, only one user can login (at one time), I cant update DA.

Can some one please write the full list of ports, wich I need to open , write TCP or UDP....

The kiss firewall for Linux downloadable here (http://www.nobaloney.net/downloads/kiss/), works with DA and has a list of ports for both UDP and TCP/IP right at the top.
