Change username

I suspect I know the answer to this after doing a search but thought I'd ask in case something's changed.

Is there any way to change a user's login name short of creating a new account, transferring the data and deleting the old account?

I believe the latest version of DA allows the username to be changed by the reseller.

theres a script in /usr/local/directadmin/scripts/


called change_username.sh

Yes, it appears to work. However you will also need to run fix_da_user.sh to update DirectAdmin with the new username. :)
